Had pneumonia, extreme weakness, muscle twitching and falling episodes. Three years later, even the muscle twitches have gone away. One of a litter of nine puppies showing classic symptoms of distemper. March 2010. All but one survived. Rescued by Paws in the City Rescue. "Tibby" April 18, 2013. From Arlington, Texas animal shelter. Presented two weeks earlier with symptoms suggestive of distemper - green nasal discharge with crusts and persistent cough. Much better in two weeks with PAC protocol. "Milo" April 3, 2013. From Irving, Texas animal shelter. Presented three weeks ago for second opinion. Milo's symptoms included eye discharge, nasal discharge, coughing and congestion. Now, three weeks into his six week treatment, he is "Much Better! Very active!" per owner. "Whiskey" April 2013. From Grapevine, Texas. Presented three weeks earlier for second opinion. Whiskey's symptoms included depression, coughing, congestion, eye discharge, and lack of appetite. Now, he's "Doing great, much better!" per owner. "Goldie" February 14, 2013. From Keller, Texas, rescued by the Society for Companion Animals Rescue. Very sick three weeks earlier. Symptoms including pneumonia, constant coughing, vomiting, lethargy, green discharge from nose. At three week recheck, owner reports "only coughing occassionally and eating well." "Rosa" February 19, 2013. From Tri-Cities (H.E.B.) animal shelter. Rescued by Chihuahua Rescue. Rosa and her brother "Woody", presented three weeks ago with fever, lethargy, runny nose, eye discharge and poor appetite. At recheck, both puppies doing very well. "Louis" April 30, 2013. From Fort Worth animal shelter, living in Denison, Texas. Presented with possible distemper. Symptoms included lethargy and runny nose. Feeling much better 3-5 days after beginning treatment. "Mina" April 11, 2013. From the Fort Worth animal shelter. Prior to treatment, Mina was displaying classic symptoms of canine distemper with pneumonia, depression, relentless coughing, and heavy nasal discharge. "Mina" May 1, 2013. Mina, after the first three weeks of the six week PAC antiviral protocol. Owner reported that improvement began within 48 hours of strarting treatment. Now, she's "Doing very well! Very active!"
